If your balance appears incorrect after a transfer, it may be because the laundry system is currently offline and hasn’t received the updated balance yet. The correct balance will be visible once the system is back online.
For assistance with bringing the laundry system back online, please feel free to contact your janitor or Nortec support.
If your balance appears incorrect in the E-vaskeri app, it could be due to the settlement file for the laundry not having been generated yet.
