If you experience errors in your consumption overview on E-vaskeri, it could be due to several reasons.
Payment error
If you find an error in your overview, it is most likely due to either a double payment or a machine that did not start after payment.
We believe that you should not have to pay for a failed wash, and we would therefore be happy to refund your purchase.
If you are a resident in a TotalCare laundry, feel free to contact our customer service here, where you can explain the error and when the purchase was made – we will review the issue.
If your laundry is not TotalCare, you should contact your housing association/cooperative housing association or other landlord. They will handle any refunds.
Error in usage overview
If you notice that your balance is incorrect, it could be an error in the balance display.
If you are a user in a cash laundry, where you transfer money to your laundry account yourself, you may notice that your balance shows 0 DKK at the end of the month.
This does not mean that your money has been removed from the account, but rather that the balance has not yet been transferred from the previous month. Once the settlement is completed in the system, you will be able to see the correct balance again.
If your balance shows 0 DKK, you will need to transfer money to your account in order to wash. Once the previous month’s settlement is completed, you will be able to see the new balance.
