Here you will find a guide to ordering a new tag if you are already a user of a Nortec laundry. This guide is intended for users of a cash TotalCare laundry, where the user manages the transfer of money to the laundry account and administration of tags.
If you are a new user, you should instead read the article "Creating a user account," where we also explain how to order a tag while creating an account on E-vaskeri.
Ordering
- Open the E-vaskeri app and log in to your account.
- Select the menu "More" in the bottom menu bar of the app.
- Select "Order a tag."
- Fill out the order form and check that your information matches the name and address on your mailbox.
- Choose the delivery method. You can opt for free delivery, with an expected delivery time of up to 7-8 working days, or you can choose Express, where you pay for fast delivery, which takes 2-3 working days.
- Decide whether you want to transfer an amount to the laundry account. If you already have a balance on your account and do not need to transfer more money, you can choose the amount 0.00 DKK.
- You will now receive a receipt on your screen, showing that your order has been completed and the address where your tag will be delivered, as well as the total amount.
We will receive your order at Nortec and send a letter with the tag.
Ensure that your name and address are on your mailbox – if not, Postnord will not deliver the letter, and the tag will be returned to Nortec.
Receiving your tag
If your tag is not active when you receive it, you need to activate it the first time you scan it in the laundry.
You can find the activation code in the E-vaskeri app on the "Home" page. Press the "Show activation code" button and enter it on the payment screen in your laundry.
User of a credit laundry
If your laundry usage is billed through your rent and you have lost your tag and need a new one, do the following:
Since your tag is active on your tenancy number, you must contact your administration or the landlord of your property to get a new tag.
Why do you need to do this?
Since the administration or landlord knows your tenancy number, which is the number your tag is coded with, it is crucial that the order for a new tag goes through them.
Often, the administrator or landlord has tags available that you can quickly receive.
