When you need to transfer money to your laundry account, this must be done via your user account on E-vaskeri. Here is a guide to the different transfer options available.
One-time transfer
Log in to your E-vaskeri account.
From your homepage, select “Transfer money.” You can also find this option in the menu “More” at the bottom right.
Choose the one-time amount you want to transfer. Press “Buy.”
On the next page, you will first get an overview of the selected amount. Below, check the box next to “Accept terms and conditions.”
Once the box is checked, the option “Proceed to payment” will appear.
Enter your card details or choose MobilePay.
If paying by card, after entering your card details, press “Pay” and finally approve with MitID. You will then receive a receipt for your transfer.
If you choose MobilePay, enter your phone number and send the request. Open your MobilePay and swipe to transfer. You have 10 minutes before the request is cancelled. Once the transfer goes through, you will return to E-vaskeri, where you will receive a receipt for your transfer.
Automatic top-up
If you want to avoid having to monitor your balance and always ensure you can start a wash or drying cycle, you can sign up for automatic top-up with your payment card.
Log in to your E-vaskeri account.
From your homepage, scroll down to the section about automatic top-up. Press “Sign up.”
On the next page, choose the amount you want your agreement to be. This will be the amount automatically deducted when your account goes negative. Press “Buy.”
On the next page, you will first get an overview of the selected amount. Below, check the boxes next to “Sign up for automatic top-up” and “Accept terms and conditions.”
Once the boxes are checked, the option “Proceed to payment” will appear.
Enter your card details, press “Pay,” and finally approve with MitID. You will then receive a receipt for your transfer and enrollment in automatic top-up.
Note that you cannot sign up for automatic top-up with MobilePay.
Bank transfer for those without a smartphone or computer
For users who do not have a smartphone or computer, we offer the option of making a bank transfer. When we receive the payment, we will transfer the amount to the correct laundry account.
If you wish to make a bank transfer, you need to contact customer service, who will provide you with bank information and an activation code.
