If your clothes have been stolen, unfortunately this is not something Nortec can cover. Use of the shared laundry room is at your own risk, and any loss should be reported to your personal home insurance provider.

Nortec provides surveillance systems in laundry rooms, but if you see cameras in your facility, please contact your housing association directly.

We also recommend reporting the theft to the police.
