If your laundry smells sour after washing, it may be due to incorrect detergent dosing, overloading the machine, leaving the laundry in the drum for too long, or insufficient machine maintenance.

• Always follow the washing and drying instructions on your clothes.
• Check the detergent drawer before use, and clean it if there is a buildup of residue.
• Inspect the drum of both the washing machine and dryer for any foreign objects before use.
• Do not fill the machine beyond halfway up the glass door.
• Make sure the laundry is fully placed inside the drum so it doesn’t get caught when closing the door.
