The payment system does not work

If you're experiencing an error with the payment system, it may be one of the following. 

 

Red cross

If there’s a red X on the screen, it’s due to a missing icon (which has been deselected by the housing association) during an update, and the system needs to be restarted. Most payment systems have a small black button underneath that must be held down for 5 seconds.

 

The screen does not react

Most often, this is caused by the screen being wiped with a damp cloth during cleaning, which can make it unresponsive to touch. Try drying it off with a dry cloth, and if that doesn't help, you can try restarting the system. Most payment systems have a small black button underneath that must be held down for 5 seconds.

If the touch function only works partially, a restart may also help.

Please make sure the power is turned on at the relay, if accessible, and check whether the displays on the washing machines and dryers are lit.
If there is no power or if you do not have access to the relay, we kindly recommend contacting the building’s janitor or the local maintenance staff for assistance.

You’re also welcome to try restarting the payment system by pressing the small black button located underneath the unit and holding it for 5 seconds.
Alternatively, you can scan your laundry tag 15–20 times in quick succession.

As a final option, you can try restarting the system by gently moving a finger around the screen in a counterclockwise motion.

 

No connection when booking laundry slots

If you are not able to book a time slot in the laundry it may be due to the fact that the connection is lost. On E-vaskeri it may tell you that the machines are offline or that the connection is lost. 
In order to get it online again the modem needs to be restartet. Please contact your landlord or Nortec for further assistance.
