The machine does not start after payment

If you experience that the machine does not start after you have approved the payment, it may be because payment was made before the program was selected.

On most machines, the program must be selected, and the start button pressed on the machine itself before approving the payment with your tag. If the sequence is incorrect, you must wait for the time to expire before you can try again. Therefore, always follow the washing instructions in the laundry.

 

Starting the washing machine

Always begin by loading clothes into the machine and then follow the accompanying instructions. When the machine is loaded and the door is closed, continue operating the washing machine via the payment system.

Scan your tag, then press directly on the payment system's screen on the washing machine you wish to use. The screen below will be displayed, and you can see the details of your purchase.

Finally, confirm the purchase by scanning your tag again.

 

Starting the dryer

Always begin by loading clothes into the machine and then follow the accompanying instructions. When the machine is loaded and the door is closed, continue operating the tumble dryer via the payment system.

Scan your tag, then press directly on the payment system's screen on the tumble dryer you wish to use. In some laundries, you need to set the desired drying time, as shown in the picture below, and then proceed by pressing OK.

Finally, confirm the purchase by scanning your tag again.
