You need to log in to your user profile via www.vasketid.dk. Under 'My Account,' at the bottom of the same page, you can select 'Block now.'

Once you have blocked your laundry chip/card, you can order a new one.
If you use a cash laundry, you should go to vasketid.dk (possibly log out of your account) and on the homepage select 'Order chip/card.' A new user will be generated for you, so it’s important to contact customer service after placing the new order if you have funds on the old user account that need to be transferred to the new one.

If you pay for your laundry usage through your rent, you should contact your administrator or housing association to receive a new card or tag.
