We occasionally experience that some users have transferred money to their laundry account without the funds being credited. The money is withdrawn from the bank but not transferred to the laundry account.

Why does this error occur?
There is a crucial step in the transfer process that many might overlook.
After entering card details and transferring or approving the request on MobilePay, you will finally see a receipt. It is essential to click "Finish" to ensure the system completes the payment process.
If you missed this step, it is likely the reason the money was not credited to your account.
Locating the payment
To locate the payment in our system, we need the following information:
- The laundry’s address
- Your tag number
- The amount you transferred
- The date of the transfer
- The last 4 digits of your card number
With this information, we can find the payment and credit it to your laundry account, so you can quickly continue with your laundry.
If you want the money returned to your bank account, please let us know. The refund will be back in your bank within 2-3 business days.
