If you are a user of a cash laundry and need to transfer money to your laundry account, follow these steps:

1. Find your laundry:

   • Go to www.vasketid.dk and log in to your account.

2. Initiate the top-up:

   • Once logged in, click on the "Top up" section in the menu bar at the top.

3. Step 1:

   • Enter your email address. This is so you can receive a receipt for your top-up once the transaction is completed.

4. Step 2:

   • Select the amount you wish to transfer. You can either click on one of the suggested amounts or enter the desired amount manually.
   • Check the box to accept the sales and delivery terms.

5. Step 3:

   • Enter your card details. Accepted cards will be listed on the right side. Click "Pay."
   • Alternatively, you can choose to transfer with MobilePay. A new window will open where you enter your phone number to send a request. Then open your MobilePay app and swipe to complete the transfer. You will be redirected back to vasketid.dk.

6. Step 4:

   • You will receive a receipt for your transfer.
   • Remember to click "Finish" to complete the transfer.

I can't top up on vasketid.dk

If you cannot see the "Top up" section when you log in to your laundry's page, there may be two reasons:

1. Alternative transfer methods:

   • Your association may have chosen a different method for cash transfers that does not go through vasketid.dk. Some laundries allow you to transfer with MobilePay directly at the payment system, while in others, you can make a deposit with the landlord who will transfer the money to your account.
   • We recommend asking your landlord if you are unsure.

2. Credit laundry users:

   • If you are a user of a credit laundry, you cannot top up on vasketid.dk. This is because your usage is billed with your rent, so you do not need to worry about having money on the account before washing.
