When you stop using the laundry, it is important to remember to close your account on E-vaskeri.

This is especially important if you are a user of a cash laundry. In this case, you have been responsible for transferring money to your laundry account, and if you hand over your tag to the next resident without closing your account, the tag remains active and the next resident could use your money for their laundry.

In cash laundries, we do not receive notification when users stop using the laundry, as the laundry account is managed by the user themselves.

If you have been using a credit laundry, your housing association or administrator will ensure your account is closed when you move out. You can simply log out of your E-vaskeri account.

 

How do I close my account?

To close your account, simply click on the three lines in the top right corner when you are logged into your account.

Then, click on “Close my account” and follow the instructions.

Once the account is closed, the tag is cleared of all data, and you can leave the tag for the next resident.

 

I have money left on my account – what do I do? 

If you have money left on your account that you wish to have refunded, please contact us. 

You need to provide the following information for us to find your account and refund your balance to your bank account:

  • Your location number or the laundry address
  • Your user ID – this can be found under the “More” menu and then “Settings”
  • The phone number or email your account is registered with

Note that the refund will be processed to the account from which your last transfer was made. It may take 2-3 business days for the money to be returned to your account.
