Log in to your account and select 'My Account.' Here, you can close your account by choosing 'Delete all.' Please note that all data will be deleted, and we will no longer be able to see your remaining balance or similar information.
If you still have funds that you wish to be refunded, you need to start by blocking the account and then contact customer service here. If you want the remaining balance refunded, you must provide the date and time of your last deposit, as well as the last four digits of the payment card used. You can also provide the full transaction ID, which can be found under 'My Transfers.'
NOTE: This information must be provided to us before you delete your account.
