If you have lost your tag, we recommend that you block it in case it has fallen into the wrong hands.

To block your tag, you can do it yourself via your account on EasyLaundry.

Log into your account and go to the "My account" section.

Press the action "Block my tag/card now". Then press "OK".
Please note that you are now blocking your laundry tag, but also your account.

Remember to order a new tag, and if you have a balance that needs to be transferred to your new account, you should contact Nortec customer service.
