Step 1: Open the hatch at the bottom left corner 

Step 2: Take out the green stick

Step 3: Pull down on the black plastic thing, whilst simultaneously using the green stick to pry open the door

Note: If the green stick is missing, you can use something else to pry open the door. For example a key. 

EC SIDROS BW SERIES

FS SERIES

At the bottom of the front there is a panel you need to remove.

When the panel has been removed, you will see a string in the left corner. Pull the string and the door will open.
