In the laundry, there is only one payment system, but you might be a landlord/administrator for multiple properties where you encounter different payment systems.

Here, we will describe the systems available so you can understand the differences between the administration systems and the tags.

EC Flextouch G2

This payment system functions as a single payment system for the entire laundry. It has a simple and clear touch screen that we have developed for central control of machines in laundries. The system can control all types of washing machines regardless of age and brand and includes several user-friendly features that allow the system to be adapted to individual needs.

The payment system can read different tags, so both Nortec tags and other types can be used, for example, if you also have chip keys for the doors in the property. For more information, feel free to contact our technical support. A Nortec tag is elongated and comes in different colours depending on the agreement and function. We will keep track of this for you; just provide the laundry's address when ordering, and we will ensure the correct type is sent to you.

If there is a Flextouch in the laundry, users can download the E-vaskeri app, where they can create a user account and gain access to the laundry online. From their apartment, they can access the same modules for reservations, usage, etc., as they can on the screen in the laundry.

When you as a caretaker or administrator need to manage users in a laundry with a Flextouch, you should use the Datpro program.

EC Onetouch

With this payment system for the QW series, payment and operation are through a control panel placed on the front of the washing machine or dryer. It is built into each machine. Users can quickly start washing by simply scanning their laundry tag, selecting the desired program, and scanning the tag again.

Apart from the fact that the payment system is integrated into each machine, it operates in the same way with tags, the app, and the administration program as described above.

EasyPro

EasyPro is the first generation of Nortec's payment systems. This payment system functions as a payment and information system, operated with laundry cards.

Payment is made with chip cards, either as a "cash card," where an amount is loaded onto the card, or as a credit system where users' purchases are read out once a month.

Since this system is not online, users cannot create an account and access the laundry online. Likewise, the caretaker/administrator cannot log in to the laundry's side and access data.

Easy Pay

This payment system is also developed to be the central control of the laundry. Here, users can navigate through the available modules via the large, clear touch screen, ensuring easy use of the system. The modules can also be tailored to the specific property's needs.

For Easy Pay, we use round tags, which are coded to the system either from Nortec when ordered or by you before giving them to the user. If a tag is not pre-coded to a specific rental unit or cash user number, it cannot be used. These round tags also come in different colours depending on the agreement and function. Just provide the address of the laundry when ordering, and we will ensure you get the right type.

For this system, users can create an account on www.vasketid.dk, as well as download the Easylaundry app after registration and access it from there. From their apartment, they can access the same modules for reservations, usage, etc., as they can on the screen in the laundry. Be aware that not all properties have an online system, so users cannot always register online. In these cases, only the screen in the laundry is used.
