As a new user on Nortec Charge, you need to start by downloading the app from the App Store or Google Play.

When Nortec Charge is downloaded and you open the app, follow this guide:

• Click on "Create user" on the starting page
• Search for your charging point – here you can search by the charging point’s address or location number
• Select your location
• Enter your phone number or email – you will then receive a one-time code
• Enter the one-time code in the top line. In the next two lines, enter a password that you will use to log in to your account in the future
• Click "Send," and your account is now created. You will be redirected to the homepage where you need to log in with your new password

Please note that when you log in to your account for the first time, we will ask you to read and accept our privacy policy. After this, more features will open up in Nortec Charge, giving you the full experience.
