Do you find the payment screen out of order with a red cross over it? We have a solution for you.

 

Restart

To remove this error from the payment system, you need to perform a restart. Follow this process:

  • Go to the payment system
  • Look under the screen
  • Hold the small black button for 5 seconds
  • Release the button

The screen will now go black and then restart. Let the computer work and count up to 100%. If it is not ready immediately, give it a few more minutes.

You can now use the payment system again!
